Wanted: Small business acct. and/or LLC formation in the South Bay

Thought see if any NCKA bros do this sort of work.  Anyone?

I would check out an online service like legalzoom.  I have no experience with them but I think my llc was 2k with a local attorney in 2005 and it was pretty much a template.

For LLC, I think online/template is the way to go.

For accounting, I think I need someone real.  Dilbeck, would love to talk to your wife if she has an expertise in small business accounting (or knows someone that does).   Any other suggests for an accountant?  There has got to be a few here at NCKA!

I use quickbooks online.  My accountant loves it, my bookkeeper loves it, and I love it.  We all have different offices with one database of shared info.  The idiot girl in my office is now good with quickbooks because I have her call with all the questions and they walk her through the process.  So good customer support too.
