Has it held up well? I'm debating on buying one. I feel that I already bring way too much stuff camping as it is.

hey chad, we use these at the catering company, and they get used and abused, our oldest is 8 years, they are very problem free, i would hold out and wait for them to get the 3 burner in though that way you can have 2 burners free and the third for the flat top, cameron

Right on Cameron. Thanks for the advice. I think I will hold out for the 3 burner model.

Its been left in the rain and abused but I never have a problem firing it up.  The iron skillet did rust really bad so I dont use it anymore, but that is easily replaced.  Works great for canning my albacore or salmon outside.

I have had my camp-chef deluxe 3 -burner stove for 13 years and it is still going strong. The deluxe model has two fold-out wing shelves that are super handy. I also did some modifications that i am very happy with. I recommend getting at least the 2-burner griddle. I have the 3-burner griddle and i can slide it to the side to cover only 2 burners when i need a burner for something else.
