Very sorry to hear of your loss.
I am sending you out as sheep among wolves.

Thanks for all the kind responces , went through a fist full of tissues reading them . Played hooky from work for a couple of days , did not figure I could cope ! All by myself today , totally lost it ! Was told by Rachel ( wife ) who was at work , to go to Sac and spend some time wth my Daughter and 22 month Granddaughter . Felt so much better during my 4 hour visit , lunch , park and my families love helps so much !

Thanks again for your kindness , I've meet a few of you and would like to know all NorCal people , seems like a family and a hell of a bunch of wonderful people . You have responded in my time of need and that means more than you know .

Sincerely , Dan

Hey Dan, I'm very sorry for your loss. I know there is nothing like the loss of a dog. I love my dog Pugster with all my heart. Each day that passes things will get a little easier. Just know that your family will help you heal as will the people in your fishing club. Dogs really are special creatures and it's a great thing that you have experienced the love of a dog. Take care buddy.

Dan,

Got the vest and it fits Barley perfectly as you can see!

Hope you are hanging in there OK...

Thanks again, and I promise Barley will put the vest to good use.

sorry for your lost, losing a loved one is never easy.but they live on in our memories.
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it
