I had a real fun day with a few buddies at the Berkeley pier yesterday.  I showed up around 1pm catching the out going tide.  We were able to catch a lot of bait fish using a 5 feet cast net right about the beginning of the pier (Small smelt, shiners and Herring).  I stayed until about 5pm, wish I could have stayed all night, but the results for the three of us was; one of my buddies got pooped by a bird, which was good luck because a immediately after my next buddy got hit by a striper.  It was only 22".  Shortly after, he throws out his rattle trap and they crossed lines with each other.  Once it untangles, he begins to real up, thinking its a shoe.  But believe it or not, yes, a gun.

Thats crazy stuff right there. What are the odds!?! Remember a month ago when the cops were searching the oakland estuary for the gun used in the Oikos university shooting? Imagine how many other guns they must have found, I bet it's like diving in golf course pond looking for a certain ball! Thanks for sharing!

I think that is from some gangsta reading about shooting fish in one of Fishmaster's posts. Swam down, seen one, racked a shell in, and held it wideways, ya know, kill shot style, and shot at the halibut. The bang ruptured his ear drums, and he dropped the gun to cover his ears. He almost drowned swimming to the surface in his baggy pants, and once on the surface, he made his way back to shore. Not sure of where he was at, because he did not pay attention in geography class, he knew any hopes of finding his location were slim to none. Besides, his pants are now around his ankles, and he wound up with one of them Berkely rock crabs in his crotch. bad stuff. So he decided to leave, and on his way home, found Jesus. Him and Jesus went to the hood, and scored some dry dud's, or pantelones, as Jesus pronounced it, and went back to what gang bangers do. Oh, Jesus, is Jesus Martinez, not Jesus Christo, in case you were wondering. just my two cents on the whole gun thing.
Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

Looks like a berreta or a taruas 92/99 series, not cheap pistols to throw a way...unless it is going to send you to jail for a long time.

You're right. I remember when i was 18 and i was messing around with a BB gun and pointed it at some kids and they called the cops. I got arrested and served 8 weekends of comunity service for brandishing a replica weapon. The fucked up thing was that i served more comunity service then some assholes who were arrested for DUI's. "i faught the law and the law won".
