James and I met up with Eric and Dave Sat morning, surf wasn't as calm as the pics of Friday. But it was doable, The grey whales were in close and real kick to see from a kayak. I tryed to get pics but too slow with an old digital. I caught 3 lings 1 right at 24" but I lost my stringer on the way in    Here are pics of Eric and Dave's fish. and the one that got away..

Dave and Eric thanks for setting up the trip, and the advice on launching and landing. I'll probably go back there before July...It's a great place..

Had an awsome weekend even though the ocean was a little rough, the scenery and company was by far the best part of the weekend unlike erics view on the other post I didnt feel like the ocean was that great saturday, it was a little nerve racking to paddle in only to find alot bigger swells thatn when we left and for someone who never launched in the surf I felt a little anxiety so we battend down all the hatches and prepared for the worst but the worst did not come I feel it was a good learning experience for me and I am very happy that we went anywayI will try to upload some pictures later.
Where did he go george

Hey, Graigh & James.

We had great time. I were hoping you came over to Limekiln in the evening. We had a great social time and campfire until 12 midnight. In fact, 4 of us took 2 sites. We could have you two  w/o a problem. Partially it was my fault of sending you two to Kirk Creek. Well, we could hook up again.

Thanks for the pictures.
