This bird has been visiting my parents backyard starting in the Spring for a couple years now. My Dad says its an Oriole, but he's not an expert. So, any of you bird experts know what this is?

Looks like a hooded oriole
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

They live in Fremont.  I don't ever recall seeing them growing up there.  Whats up with that?
