Hey Steve,

So sorry to hear things didn't work out well at the new restaurant.  We were certainly impressed with your talent and product when we visited.  I guessing you'll find your way out of this difficult period quickly.

Here's a business model for someone of your talents:  Advertise as a "personal seafood chef" to upscale folks in the area.  You could go out fishing in the morning, then prepare the catch for private clients at their place in the evening.  Gosh!  That'd be like getting paid for fishing, wouldn't it?  :ball

If you need someone to practice on, let us know  :smt002

Hey Chef, sorry to hear about the restaurant. Don't forget though that these setbacks sometimes open the door for something even better. Hang in there buddy!

Chef,

I am sorry to hear about the Cellar Door. I assume if you say for the right reasons then you already see the silver lining. I lost a coaching job in November only to end up getting a coaching Job at place 100 times better than were i was. At the time I was pretty depressed but now I am as happy coaching as ever in my 11 years.   Keep your head up and all things will come.
