Suisun Bay launch points?

Anyone have experience launching at areas around Suisun Bay?  I hear the striper bite is on big time!

Martinez Marina,
Benicia Marina(s),
Public Access right under the bridge on the Benicia side (closest to MBF and Bouy 2 area) requires some carrying across the tracks. 
Farther upstream there's McAvoys in West Pitt.
Farther downstream it's possible to launch west of the Martinez Marina along the shoreline trail but that would require wheels but it's all level.

I'm wondering if theres access to grizzly bay via lake hermen road , anyone know?
