Saturday March 31 At Lake Chabot Vallejo for Kids !

This Saturday will be the next Fishing in the city event, it is put together by Vallejo Rotary, Greater Vallejo Recreation District and California fish and game.
We are getting delivered 1500 lbs of trout and 800 lbs of catfish and keep the fish inside this netted area so kids can learn how to fish on Saturday morning, when the event is over (1:00 PM) the net comes up but most of the fish stays in the same area.
If you have kids that would like to be introduced to fishing, this is a almost sure thing that they will catch fish.
please note, Fish and Game will be there, if you bring a kid , the kid has to be fishing not you. it is open to Vallejo residents that are registered ( http://www.gvrd.org/)  but when is over is good for anybody.
