See all of Southern CA MPA's on Google Earth....

Ok,
So I just finished an updated file on Google Earth that shows all of the new Southern CA MPA's from TJ to Pt. Conception and all the Islands in between...
The areas are color coded and when you click on an MPA it gives you all the pertinent regulation info on what is legal to take and links to the DFG's web page for verification (if needed).
I have sent this file out to nearly 100 people now and everyone is really liking it.
I am not looking to make any money on this (even though I put in plenty hours to develop), but because it is the most intuitive MPA interface out there I thought I could use it to raise some cash for the consumptive movement.
So if you donate $5 or more to the MLPA fund on this site I will send you the file.
You can send me a copy (santinober at gmail . com) of your paypal receipt (minus all your payment and address info) and I will send you the maps.
As of now I have most of CA done and will continue to update people when I have completed all of CA's MPA's.

you should post this on bigwatersedge.com they have been looking for something like this since jan. 1st. does it have gps  #'s on it? If you some how made it on an SD card that could be uploaded to a FF head unit it would be killer

Yes it has every GPS pt listed in organized files on the DFW(G)'s web site for the MPA's

Read here on how someone converted my file to be used with his boats GPS and load the MPA's directly to his unit.
