Hello,

Can anyone recommend a sporting goods store that specializes in kayaks and kayaking gear preferably in the South Bay. I am also open to surrounding areas
as well but the closer to San Jose the better.

Thanks for the information

There is an Outdoor Adventures in Fremont, but it is a small satellite store, and right now there's a lot of ski rental stuff in there right now. However, still plenty of yak and yak gear. Bought a FJ, straps, rivets and some other stuff. They r knowledgeable and ncka discount.  I think that's the closest place that is knowledgeable in kayak stuff.

Just ask us (NCKA) - we're the best resource!  ;-)

John,

Just looked through my NCKA acronyms list and FJ is not one of them.
The only FJ I know of you have to pay extra for in a massage parlor. :smt003
