Drafting and design help needed

Hello

Our 400 square foot office is not going to work with our expansion.  Our landlord has agreed to remodel a 80x26 warehouse behind my current office into offices and a lab and shop. I need to provide him with some decent designs to move forward.  I'm looking for someone to assist in making this space work for my needs.   CAD drawings please.  These will not be submitted to any building department.
