I got tired of listening to all of those clueless individuals who keep telling me my shoulder injury is from all the kayaking I do.
I decided to put together a little video to give them something to reference since so many seem to be experts on something they have never done in their life.
I could always reference them to the 'electric downrigger' video to show how I troll but I never had anything showing how I prepare for kayakfishing; getting on and off the water...until now.
It just shows what I go through to prepare for what I love to do. No fish. Nothing fancy. Just the before and after of my favorite sport.
If you decide to watch, notice the workout the right shoulder gets too...NOT!  :smt044

I'm in the same boat re: the shoulder. No lifting the yak onto the roof racks right now. No way no how.

It was Lake Natomas. I don't think it matters there.  :smt044

Tote, you must live in my back yard.  Bananas couldn't hurt my luck there...since I don't have any.

Nice setup.  I may have to break down and do something like that for my OK 4.7.  It's just too heavy for me to keep lifting up on top of my truck.

Unfortunately I think I did hurt my shoulder kayaking.  Of course I was screwing around paddling backward and felt it go.  It still hasn't stopped me from getting on the water.  I just have to be smarter about it.
Never argue with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

Have to be careful when handling heavy bananas.  :smt005 Oh, was that your left shoulder that is ailing. :smt003 Great video. Too bad I suck at backing up with a trailer.
