Weimar is the Hot spot   3.5 hrs to Bodega. 30 min to roseville. 2hrs to tahoe. 2.5 to Reno. Lakes and rivers all over. prices are lower and no traffic... Drive a little or a lot to play then come home to pines and peace, where everyone else comes to camp. Moved there 18ish years ago from santa cruz. Love it (also look at Loomis, Newcastle, Rocklin) Pardon me gotta go shew the deer out of the yard, they are tripping over the turkeys and messing up my bass pond...

Shacks for sale starting at $300K.  Petaluma is a decent town.  I would buy a house in Petaluma if we could afford it.  We are half an hour from the coast, half an hour from wine country and 40 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge.   

Petaluma rocks! Can't afford a house but love the town. Lived here since the summer of 82.

PM me the address of the house.  Short sales are the most difficult and grueling of all sales unless it is preapproved by the bank at a certain price ahead of time....trust me, been done the road before.  Would love to know the address of the foreclosed property to check it out.   Do you know the price they are asking?  Thanks!
