Has anyone been to Lake Del Valle recently?  I heard rumors that the water level was too low for decent shore fishing.  I have some fishing buddies that want to fish from shore while the rest of us are on our kayaks.  Any info or pics would be appreciated.

I was there about 10 days ago, really low for this time of year and not much coming in.  Not really sure how it would affect shore fishing, same number of fish in there although they may be  in different spots than on a normal year.  I wouldn't let it stop me.

I'd go to Quarry instead if your friends wanna catch some fish from the shore.
