Wanted something new and different. This is what I came up with.
Ling fillets ( any white fish ) dried with towel.
1/3 cup best foods mayo
Heavy dash dill weed maybe1 tsp.
Granulated garlic approx.1 tsp
Splash lemon pepper
Course black pepper several shakes
Crushed dried parsley couple big pinches
Mix well roll fillets both sides in mix
Cut 1/2 tbl. Size squares of butter lay On glass pan.
Lay fish on butter
Pour Chardonnay around fish not over. Maybe 1/3 cup
Juice 1/2 lemon over fish
Cook uncovered 20 min at 350 depending on thickness
 Coupled with white rice and roasted garlic cauliflower  garnish with baby spinach and orange slice ( needed color on plate)
Roasted garlic cauliflower
1 head garlic
1 head cauliflower
Toasted pine nuts
1 1/2Tbl olive oil devided
1/4cup chopped Ital. parsley
Chop cauliflower . Slice garlic long ways
Toss with half of oil bake 450 15 min. Stir twice during bake
Toast pine nuts
Mix all together with remaining oil and parsley
Enjoy very quick and simple paired well

Only way ive baked fish that seems to be a hit is really simple spray glass dish with olive oil, lay down fillets, squeeze lemon, season with pepper, garlic salt, and paprika. broil on highest heat *500* for like 8-11 minutes depending on size ull see it flake.  Made it for family and friends an they were shocked at how simple it was. just added paprika for color an it tasted great. * u can use butter to it makes it taste better ;) *
