I'd like to thank all you for your suggestions.  Been busy doing our tax returns and finally had some free time to try out Choi's Taekwando in Union City.

Kirk (LilRiverMan) was generous to recommend this place and actually joined us on my daughter's first free trial.  Kirk has been involved in Taekwondo and Jujutsu.
Here's their deal; free uniform and free 2 weeks trial (4 seasons) with their tiny tigers group ( 4 to 6 year olds).
After that its a 6 month contract.  Kirk was coaching me on what to look for and what to ask.  Overall we both agreed its a pretty good place.  The facilities were large.  There are 3 instructors per class who break up the students based on skill level.
All the parents we talked to where pretty happy.
We're still on a trial period and based on Kirk's recommendation will try out a local Jujutsu class.
My daughter loved her first Taekwondo session.
