The wife and I bought a Viking Pop-up trailer last year. We've had it out 3 or 4 times and are very pleased with the purchase. The trailer has an electric lift, gas heater, 3-way fridge, sink, inside stove and an extra stove/bbq for outside.  Very easy to tow and small enough to store in our third car garage. No potty or water heater. We don't plan on staying anywhere without a restroom.

I did some reading and found a few items & ideas that are very useful for pop-up owners.

- Use an electric drill with a socket adapter to easily lower and lift your scissor stabilizing jacks.
- Bought a Bal Leveler. This thing is so easy. Don't need to level with blocks of wood.
- Walmart sells a great polypropylene patio mat for RV's. Much better than the imitation grass mats.

We were very comfy at Albion. We enjoyed it so much, we have two sites reserved for 5 nights this year. Looking forward to Albion 2012!
