Can anyone identify this creature... Seen them before while fishing

Ok... I Have seen these things before and they DO exist I have never found out what they are. Anyone else seen them before... This picture came off an ad on Craig's list. Caught on film by chance.... it is flying at the center of the photo above the passenger seat. The last one I saw 3 years ago, hovered just above my head and then flew off when I looked at it... New/old life form. Never found ANY information about this critter...

I have a little bit of an entomology background.  If the picture was better I could at least get the order.

Right now my best guess is that  it is a robot from space. 

I guaranty I could kill it though.  I could kill it dead with Lannate.

I believe the scientific name is light reflection....most likely off a shiny object.
