Salmon & Kokanee guide

There was a mentioning about reposting the Salmon and kokanee 101 thread that fishworks put up last year before the Salmon Slam.  Any word on this getting put back up, I would like to review that again.  It was very informative and helped a lot last year.  Thanks.
