Whats up guys :smt006, Just got done with dinner and it was delicious. My wife and I had lincod, blues, and a few gophers. Couldnt figure out which way to cook them so I did both. For the grill: used a big sheet of aluminum foil, drizzle olive oil( so fish wont stick) crushed garlic, chopped onions, and butter. Wrapped it tightly in a package of goodness and bbq it for 20 min on medium. When unwrapped, hit with salt and pepper, yum-o. For the fried fish: heat vegetable oil with a little olive oil. Make sure oil is hot before you start to put fish in or it will be oil soaked :smt009. I dredge fish in a ziploc storage bag containing flour, garlic powder, creole seasoning, and pepper. Shake it up so the fish is completely coated and fry till golden brown. This was also delicious and was light and not greasy. I'ts a good thing it turned out well, my wife wants me to fish more often now :smt001

Welcome to the madness!!!!

Steamed w/julian slices of Ginger and Green Onions, with twist of Calamasi!

It doesn't over power the flavor of the meat and you get to enjoy the actually taste of the fish...especially Cabs & Lings.....

"You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, fish-kabobs, fish creole, fish gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple fish, lemon fish, coconut fish, pepper fish, fish soup, fish stew, fish salad, fish and potatoes, fish burger, fish sandwich"

I 90% of the time go with the Panko BUT, add instant garlic potato mix and creole seasoning. Yummy just finished frying some rockfish from Trinidad. YUMMY taste so good Also for dipping I like a little spice chipotle sauce.
