Hobie Cradle Mounting

I have 3/4" pipe racks on my post WWll 1/4 ton Bantam trailer and I need to find something like what is shown under the Hobie cradles in this picture to mount my Hobe cradles on my pipe racks.  Anyone have any idea where these mounts are available?

Yakima has something like those that are designed for their round load bars.  I don't recall exactly what they're called but they're not very expensive and can be used on round or square bars and anything can be bolted to them.  I used them with Hully Rollers and Mako Saddles.
