I just made an equilateral square pyramid anchor mold that should be able to handle (mathematically) 110lbs of lead.

If you provide the lead and eyelet I will pour you one for $10 (or fishing related trade). I can melt up to 25lbs of lead at a time.

I do not have a reliable source of lead or enough to price them out if I provide the lead.

The first anchor mold I made for another guy looked very similar to yours.

If you put that directly over a turkey fryer burner with copious amounts of flame, you won't be limited to 25lbs of liquid lead to pour, as you can just melt the lead right in the pot.

Tire shops in Ca cant use lead anymore. Then the last of the lead weights for most cars has a foam tape thats stuck to one side of the weight for adhesion to alloy wheels on the inside of the rim. I made a flat pouring table with a spout on one end. Then I set the lead on the tray and use a rosebud on an acetylene torch. Quick and no mess at all. looks good Ryan!

The problem with tire weights is that a lot of the time they are tin/lead. That does not matter for an anchor though, in fact the two in the picture are tin/lead because I use pure lead for weights and jigs.

I actually use a Clayton and Lambert plumbers furnace from the 1940's for melting my large amounts of lead (stands about 1.5ft tall). I am only limited by my crucible, which at 25lbs is more then enough for me.

When I melted the old tired weights I just fished the steel off that floats to the surface. Nice little burner there
