hello everyone so after all of the nice and helpful discussions on this forum i have made a decision first to check on here before i go buy a new kayak, i really don't want to buy a new kayak if i can get a good condition used one on here.

So I'm looking for a sit on kayak between 13-15 feet and my spending range is 500 to 750 if anyone has a kayak in this range and its forsale feel free to answer this topic. i plan to use it in the ocean as well if that helps any.
            thanks Justin.

I would stop in at The Headwaters in Lodi and see what Dan has used. He takes kayaks in on consignment also so he might have something that would work for you. He also sells his demo and rental fleet occasionally. If anything just stop in and see what he has.

He will be gone this weekend since he will be at Crabfest, but should be open on Tuesday.

Welcome and hope to see you on the water soon.

Looking st what I have used, the best option I have is a 2011 Cobra Marauder. It was my demo and it's in great shape. 14' with no rudder. I'm asking $650 for it.

With that said I also saw a OK trident 13 at Fishermans Warehouse last week for $699. That  was a good deal also. I think the Marauder would be a more stable ride, but the trident may be easier to handle off the water. Yours welcome to come by and take the cobra for a paddle if that interest you. We are only a few blocks from the water.

Try adventure sports in Sac. They had a Ocean Kayak Trident 13 angler edition for 799 no tax at the ISE show. Maybe they still have the boat. Its a great boat that will provide you means for lakes and ocean. The rod pod and sonar shield is something of a must for me.

Well I have been considering upgrading to an Ultra 4.3. So some of my yaks may go on the market to help with the expense (T13/T11 Anglers). Kat my wife works at Fisherman's and my kayaks are stored just down the street from there. Since you live in the area send me a PM if you want to see what I have.
