What's the latest on the inspection for kayakers?

What inspections? Where at ?

I had one at Pinto lake this winter.
It was Very thorough -inside outside.
Can't be wet to the touch and 'bone dry.
This standard for most lakes that are state/county/city operated.

Just make sure your boat is dry inside and out because they do open hatches!
