As much as I would love to get out and do some rockfishing before the year is out, the WX just doesn't look like it wants to cooperate.  It is a long drive up to the sonoma coast or down to carmel and both look like they will have 8' swell and 10+ mph winds.  I have this one last opening this year to go out kayak fishing and that is tomorrow.  I am thinking of new melones as I have been having good results there.  However, I could be persuaded to go somewhere else if someone has a better idea.  If I don't hear anything I will probably end up at NM again at 7:00 AM.
