How ya'll are!?,
My neighbor just pulled up with an OK ambush strapped to the top of his ride. A friend of his needed money and sold the boat for $150.00.
I went to the OK website to get some info for him on his new habit..I mean hobby, but they do not have the ambush listed. Is it that old or not that good of a seller that they atopped making them?
Looking at it across the street, it is a tank!
Anybody with some info or experiance with this boat?
Thanks to all at NCKA!

I have used one extensively at work.  I have a love/hate with the boat.  Its a beast.  And it will have a LOT of water in it without plugs.  The moving seat is a great idea...until you dump the boat and it floats away.  It is however a workhorse for flat water and slow rivers.  We can pile two biologists and  lot of gear inside and get to work...which is why I still have it.

Thanks scwafish,
No doubt it's huge and heavy.
The motor mount on the back is great! Allready rigged with battery and motor.
Fully understand the problem with the dumping of the boat. I know the guy he got it from, who rolled the boat this last salmon season and lost everything but the boat, seats, paddles etc. Maybe the alterior motive behind his sale.
Thanks for the info, I will pass it on to the owner!
PS can you still get seats for the beast?

Not sure...I believe the yak is out of production.  BTW, the ergonomics of rnning the motor will KILL your back.
