Salt Point Saturday 12/10

Haven't fished Salt Point in a while and feel the need to get on the water after getting my gear stole a couple of weeks ago. Plan is to launch in the morning. Might head up this evening and park in the over flow unless .

I want to go up also.  Whats up with this west swell? I'll be bringing dive gear.  Been on jury duty/on call all week so missed the flat water. 

Saturday: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming WNW 5 to 9 kt in the morning. Mostly sunny. Mixed swell...W 5 ft at 17 seconds and SSW 1 ft at 0 seconds. Wind waves around 1 ft


Doesn't look too bad, won't be diving but might search for a few chantrells after I'm done.

I'll start loading this morning.  Jury duty PM.  Dinner party late.  white van, white skinny kayak.

gonna launch from Gerstle cove, not too difficult just need to lift over a big log but nice protected cove to paddle out of. Easier with 2  We should nail them pretty good I'm hoping.

I'll leave N. Santa Rosa 6:30.   I'll be parking my camper van somewhere Sat. night  and do more hiking Sun.

  Life just suck sometimes. Looks like I can't even make my own hookup. Wish I could but too much going on all of a sudden. I hope to make it out there befor ethe year end.

I guess I didn't have enought WAF point stored even though I had just gotten a lot of my kayak shit stolen.  What does she think it is her birthday?     Well yes it is and Logan's party is on Sunday. but that shouldn't be a good enough reason.  Oh well I had dreams of fishing today just need to get my senity back! Oh well hopefully I get my insurance check soon so I can cover some of my losses then I will take a few days and get the yak out of here. Hope all went well on the water today. I hope to see some nice fish.
