Anchor for Striper Fishing

Where can I find the best prices for an anchor(anchor,rope,float, and carrier bag)? I like to sit in an area that is usually between two berms(tully piles) with fairly fast moving water in the delta.

this one doesn't have a float. if you plan on using it just for delta stuff you can add a small float like the one below. if you are going to fish in moderate to heavy current you should use a larger "crab float" like the one at the bottom (i'd say plat it safe and get the larger one.
