Caught and released one yesterday morning and again this morning,15" & 17" from Rock-Jetty in Richmond Marina on Rat'l-Trap.Nothing big but a good sign for the near future!Outgoing@end of wall 6:ooa.m. to 7:ooa.m. was all the prework time I could put in.
