Promoting the madness in Redding

Beenfishin/Ben, Fisheducator/Tim and I will be at Headwaters Adventure Co. Kayaks (Redding) tonight at 6:00 to give a presentation about NCKA and kayak fishing.

Tim is going to talk about the web site and its many features.
Ben who is a local search and rescue member will talk about safety issues.
I am going to discuss choosing and rigging kayaks for fishing.
Then we will take questions from the guests.

I am bringing my Revolution  for display and will have it all rigged up.
Ben will have safety gear on display.
I have put together a computer slide show which features many of our members on their yaks with fish.
If they have internet access at the store we will show them the web site and let them browse.

Tad, I hope you got my message earlier but I have to bail on tonight...had a search/rescue mission all day, and now have to get my ass to work to play catch up.  I'll make it up to ya!

Tim and I teamed up and pulled it off well, although the attendance wasn't what we hoped for (7) they seemed to enjoy and appreciate the
presentation and we may have some new members joining NCKA from the Redding area.

The owners Terri and Joe appreciated our time and effort, thanks Headwaters Adventure Co. for the opportunity to grow the madness.

There also was a writer present, Mike Mogler from MyOutdoorBuddy.com a Nor Cal / So. Ore. fishing and hunting news site that may do a write up on the presentation
