rockfish season in half moon bay?

  When does the rockfish season end in half moon bay?  I could swear my book says nov 1,  but a friend at work told me its some where around nov 25.  Thinking of dropping a trap and jigging for a couple of hours tomorrow morning.

  Couldn't find the post but the dfg site says dec 31.    
  This is the first time I have ever been able to find an answer on dfg's site to any question.  I don't know if the site is easier to navigate than before or maybe I am finally becoming one with the computer age.
