Found this interesting in the USAFishing article:

Weather
The weather forecast (posted below) calls for decent weather on Saturday, breezy conditions on Sunday and calmer winds but high swell conditions returning on Monday. Last season we saw the loss of several lives of sport crabbers who pushed out in weather far too rough for their vessel or experience.
For you private boaters I would recommend my simple swell + wind speed equation to evaluate the conditions. If the swell height + the wind speed = more than 20 conditions are too sloppy for the majority (not all) of sport boats. An example of 12 knots of wind + an 8 foot swell will = 20.

Should be on the Road in about an hour, have to stop in sonoma to get some fresh tortillas for the fiesta. I figure so many crab cooking pots will be there I will just use one if thats cool.

At least you got your trailer, I feel like the tent is going to fly away.

I will also be putting my pots next theirs.
