uploading pics

How do I upload a picture, how do I shrink the file size? Please help

windows image resizer...free program I have not used but...AlsHobie says it rocks...

Do you guys just download the regular picture from the camera to the computer than to the web? It wouldn't let me.

If your resolution is to high it won't I reduced the qaulity of megs so that I can just upload either off my hard drive or I have a drive for an SD card...

Only thing is on vids you need to use a site that host your vid (photobucket.com) is one of many I'm guessing...it's a little freaky figureing it out but when you do it's easypeazy
