sorry for the no details, we had our last hockey playoff last night; the game went to overtime and then to a shootout, we came in second.  i partied all night [my WAF is very low right now]. but anyway i took a nap, i feel better now.  the weather was calm and warm for about 2 hrs, then the wind started howling, we moved in close to the shore to hide for 2 hrs, but no fish there either. by the time we packed up the wind had switched to a north wind.

So there was a Norcaler out there yesterday!  I was looking out across the flats to China Camp from Sonoma Creek, and tried raising a fellow Norcal yakker on 69 which seems to be the VHF channel of choice.  There was a guy trying to raise fellow coastsiders on 68, but I wouldn't answer him!  Pondsurf and I got skunked on the dinos too, so don't feel bad.  Perfect weather and tide in the morning.  2 power boats working the area with us, but they had sense enough to move in when the wind came up in the afternoon,  we didn't.  Too hard to detect a bite when it's like that.  One of the pb's got a shaker inside the mouth.  No problem launching at low tide there, just 2 steps in the mud that had some pickleweed gwroing all the way down to the waterline.
