We have a winner.
We too love their beer.
We were there 3 times in a 30 hour stretch. Fortunately there was a bike trail directly from our campsite to the brewery. ZERO traffic involved and less than a 10 minute ride through beautiful forested dunes and along the inlet to the harbor. By far the highlight of Newport Oregon.

I love the Port of Newport. Unfortunately I was not old enough to drink the last time we went to the Rogue!!  :smt010 Well I don't care too much for beer anyway but I like to try good stuff  :smt001

Thanks, Mike. Last time I was in Oregon 20 years ago was at Gold Beach to fish the Rogue River for salmon. The water was too warm for most of the fish which gathered at the mouth of the river. People were paying for boat rides to motor out 50 yards for quick limits (within 15 minutes).

Newport is about another 3 hours drive up the coast. I think I will drop in on the brewery on my next trip to Seattle.
