Salmon Santa Cruz Friday - Sunday 9/16 - 9/18

Sounds like the last chance at a close to home salmon is this weekend.  I have no idea what I am doing.    But could use some company 

 I  have not idea  about salmon  but looking forward to salt water.   what time do you have in mind?

Wanted to launch around 5:30, which i'm pretty sure also means dark and foggy enough to be run down by a PB if your not careful going out the harbor   But today I sorta got the start of a cold coming on, so might need to rest a bit more and shoot for 6:30.  May not be able to do back to back days, so targeting Fri and Sun most likely, unless conditions dictate otherwise. 

Dont forget to have a square of tin foil wrapped around the top of a pole so you show up on the PBs radar easier, assuming they have a unit....

I am trying to get off friday, if I am lucky I will join you guys on the water.  Not sure whether to launch from the capitola pier or the harbor.  Depends on the fog.

 I'd be very happy to go anywhere there will be company!  Bit tired of fishing alone out there, and since it will be going farther than I've ever gone in SC, buddy system seems appropriate.  Hope you can take the day off Eugene!    If you choose Cap, i'll probably still launch off the beach, find it easier for me.

I've been thinking Friday search for salmon out of SC also. Probably launch at Aldos at 6:30. Not sure which direction out of the harbor depends on Wx forecast, also time dependent on fog.

Well I must say i'm feeling a bit like crap right now    Wont know if I have the energy until tomorrow.  If not tomorrow, Saturday then! 

Dude hope u "Get Some" I'm coming down your way to get some major fish time in after the barn...looking to scout out some dino's with andy your invited doing a hookup...looking to get some of that WSB/Butt also... u got a long time before "endofyr" ATOY bro..........keep the faith your deserving... friday is a go, will most likely launch from the harbor and head towards capitola.  Will be on 69.  Hope to see some of you on the water.  I am in a orange trident 15, white hat and hopefully some salmon in the boat
