Gas water heater like new, plus more coming

I have a gas water heater that came out of my rental/repo. I can't use it because I'm on propane. It is a Whirlpool that originally cost about $300. I believe it is a 40 gal. It is 4-5 yrs old but has been sitting drained now for 2. $125 for you guys or gals.  I'm cleaning out the garage and shed and will have a lot more stuff soon. Lighting, plumbing, faucets. Oh, I think I have a disposal that is like new too. Too much to think of right now.
