You can buy them at Cal. Canoe and kayak in Oakland. It's the closest in our area.
Yeah, I highly recommend the sailing rudder. Good luck pimping your new kayak

not only is the sailing rudder cheap but it is also very easy to install.

+1 - I just put a sailing rudder on my Revo today, took about 15 minutes.
Even a dork like me can put one on.

Turbo Fins are next, then the sail.
