Help with black rice

Kat and I picked up a small bag of black rice today to try it out. I must say we were not impressed.

Does anybody have a good recipe that uses black rice?

Goth weddings  seem to be a good option for it!       Tell Kat thanks for vouching for me on the exchange last night at FW.

When u say black rice, are u talking about a variety of wild rice? Mix it with white rice (80/20 white/black). It gives it a nice flavor without overpowering.
