ugly stick rod guide

I have two ugly sticks each with one missing plastic (?) line guide and the metal ring that holds the missing guide has a crack in it.  What's the best way to fix that?

Call Benny at Fishermans Warehouse in Cupertino/San Jose 408 873 0113, He just did replace a missing plastic ring and tip for me on a 7' Ugly Stik.
