hey everyone i am new to this fourm, i have a question about what you guys think about the ocean conditions for timber cove on 8/28 sunday. they look reasonable but with it being a minus tide early morning would that make the wave faces larger? also with the tide coming in would this make the swell large? and lastly what are your personal favorites for weather and swell reports online? i have been using pacific waverider but the dose not give me info on timber cove.

This time of year the launch at Timber is always do-able. It's usually flat in there. A couple websites I use are I-Windsurf and Stormsurf as well as the NOAA forecast for point arena to point reyes and out to 10 miles. jim

Pretty dangerous wave slapers right there, usually around six inches or so! :smt005........ Seriously, very doable! Welcome to the board...
