Try going to tackle stores and ask if they have old racks that they're trying to get rid of. A lot of this tackle stores get new racks whenever they get a new line of fishing rods. A friend of mine went to HI'S tackle in SSF and asked the owner (Jonah) if they were selling any rod racks. The owner gave him an old Skeet Reese rod rack that they had in the backroom (about to get trashed) for free. Or just go to home depot and buy some cheap lumber. They are not that hard to make and doesn't require a big space to make it. I made this myself one afternoon. It holds 20 rods (10 on each side) Materials cost less that $25 if I can still remember and later on used some leftover paint.
