went to stillwater and launched about 10am. headed south with a guy i had met there. south side was murky, real bad.

headed north after a minute in the water at the south side and head better conditions though it was still hazy.

on the north side of the cove, in about 30 - 50 feet of water i shot a big perch, an olive, one blue and a big chubby greenling. i had blues swarming me all morning. mostly smaller ones. also a few olives but i already had one of those.

i forgot my flashlight so not much hole hunting in the dark.

here is a short video. check out the olive i missed from the surface!

Cool video, John. How is the camera mounted to your gun?

Cool video, John. How is the camera mounted to your gun?

hi rick, first off, nice fat ling cod you scored the other day!

the gun is mounted off to the right side of the gun using a 1/8" thick aluminum flat bar and a sticky gopro mount base. 2 holes drilled in the al. bracket and two holes in the wood portion of my gun holds it together.

it makes loading of the bands a little hard but it works for the number of times i actually shoot in a day.

i also have a 90 cm gun which has a gopro mount at the rear right on top but then your line of sight is blocked so its not a good setup for shooting.
