There was a lot of swell( by Capitola standards) there this morning, though I did see two kayak anglers who had just landed at noon. Be prepared to stow your rods. I think the swell is supposed to last a couple of days, but tapering off before cranking back up.  Good luck. There were a lot of boats outside the kelp from The Hook east of O'Neill's house, I'd guess they heard flatties were in that area. It's been foggy every morning, but clearing about noon, with the wind increasing then - the usual.

On Friday, the swells were the worst i've seen for Capitola. I and others had to time it just right cuz there were some big waves in short sets hitting the beach.
Resulted in getting powdery sand in my My shimano 400 even tho i didn't take a dump- time to take it to AlanTani
