2 parts sour cream to 1 part mayo. juice of 1 lime. Drizzle over finely shredded cabbage and your choice of beer battered fish.

Try this on some striper taco's 

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Try this on some striper taco's

I tried this but did equal parts SC and Mayo 1/4 cup each and added Garlic (really finely minced paper thin) and Cayenne (not alot) and oh hells yeah it was good!
I'm still walking, so I'm sure that I can dance...
