Sunrise Mountain Sports, Livermore

So I went to the store to purchase a TDA and UMP for my Tarpon120 Slidetrax System, asked if they gave discounts to NCKA and they said no.  Just curious, why is that? sorry if I put this in the wrong place.

It's their choice not to, Pernicus. Even though they don't offer a NCKA discount, they have always been helpful with Danglin's NCKA work with the Heroes on the Water outings.

 They are a Good Shop and Have been and will be a tremendous help with HOW...

 I'm not sure they have seen enough ncka traffic and not sure if it's even been put to them to offer a discount to us...

 I will be talking to Kim soon about some HOW stuff and will bring it up...

I live here in  livermore. Been there a few times and always been treated great. I also never asked about a NCKA discount.

Thanks for the reply, bro's and it's without a doubt that they have great service there as well knowledgeable staffing.  I was just curious.  I'm actually going to be purchasing my Revo from them as they answered just about every question I had for the yak.

I bought a Hobie Pro Angler from them around 2 years ago and they willingly gave me a discount when I asked for one (I did not ask for a NCKA discount though). 

they don't give NCKA specific discounts but they do give 10% back for members of Sunrise Mountain sports rewards program.  i dont think that a ton of our members live out that far in the east bay to be hitting their store.  that's my primary kayak store since its on my way home from work, and they've always been good to me.
