No guarantees. Wind forecast for the bay are sketchy. There should be a few hours of calm winds, but it could blow 15 all day. There are areas that are very protected inside the harbor and at the main mouth of BallenaBay.

Is it ever safe to take a 4 year old out on the Bay or Ocean? Maybe a putt around a Harbor but out on the Bay at a Tourney I think eveyone in a Kayak at an Event should have to self rescure.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
