Or whatever you wanna call em...  I'm seriously addicted to these dang things:

-De-stem some jalapeno peppers, cut them lengthwise, and de-seed them with a spoon.

-wash your hands, you big dummy, just in case.  Now do it one more time.

-Fill the peppers with cream cheese.

-Top them with just a tiny dab of whatever you like. Cheddar cheese works well.  Smoked salmon would be killer.  Diced onion... whatever is handy.

-Broil til browned, (10-15 minutes).



Leftover are excellent diced up and added to a grilled cheese, or omelette.
