That's crazy. It takes a hell of a lot of dedication to become that strong.
Never argue with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

Sick strong for sure.

Reminds me of the Campus Board training that climbers do to increase power and explosiveness...

Check out the first 2 minutes of this vid:

Also a GREAT way to blow out a tendon in your finger if you're not careful!! BTDT!  :smt011

I carpool with a chic who grew up in the eastern bloc.  According to her, during soviet times, there really was nothing better to do.  When you grow up having to bribe people for a roll of toilet paper, doing pullups on a jungle gym must feel like a visit to f'ing WallyWorld.

Still, dude's got some sick strength

Thats killer Jim! I had a student teacher in high-school that could do endless pull-ups on doorjambs. He was invited to the Olympic trials to give everyone an exhibition on the rings. Not qualify for the trials but so outstanding on the rings they wanted to show everyone what COULD be done!

That guy is amazing (as are the campus board climbers and paracours folks). When I actively climbed we did campus boards, door jam pull ups, lots of bouldering—I struggled with them and always worried about blowing out tendons in my fingers—I was an ugly ducking unlike these guys. You have to train 24x7 and have to have the right physiology—just like good boxers have the right hands to take lot's of impacts—these guys need strong tendons and finger and wrist bones. Not everyone can do this even with a lot of training. I was 1/1000 as good as those guys but the routine strengthened my arms and grip and made me a better climber. So it was worth the time put into it.
